    2 Pounds Baking Potatoes.

2 Large Heads Of Roasted Garlic, Reserving The Oil.

    1/4 Cup Unsalted Butter.

    1 Cup Milk.

    Salt & Pepper To Taste.

    1/4 Cup Minced Parsley.

    Red Pepper Flakes (Optional).

Take the skin off and cut the potatoes into large pieces. Place in a medium bowl which contains salt and water in it and put it on the stove in order to boil it. Cook it up to about 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender enough. After this take the water off from the bowl. Push the potatoes through a potato ricer and into a bowl. Add the butter, milk, garlic pulp and garlic flavoured olive oil. Mix all this well. Put in salt and pepper if needed. Cut into 3 inch pieces. In a large, saucepan or frying pan, add the greens still wet with the water as they were rinsed in, the last garlic clove finely chopped, and the remaining oil. Sauté for 5 to 7 minutes or until all the greens turn soft and tender. Add salt and pepper, and red pepper and cook until they are heated properly. Place on a plant, and crumble the crumbs on top.

If you want home-made, I just peel the potatoes and then boil them till soft, I then drain excess water, and mash them putting in some butter and then a little milk to make them fluffy, and add a little garlic powder or crush up some fresh garlic and mash it in as well they are delicious...
