In Pennsylvania, Is A Verbal Lease Binding, And What Is Needed To Move Out?
My landlord has threatened to sue me for the Month of June rent, for not giving 30 days notice, I moved out May 26 after having paid May's rent. He made a threaten phone call to me that night telling me that he would be suing me for the next month's rent. In a verbal lease, there are no stipulations, are they strictly month to month and can he actually sue me?

Verbal agreements are not legal, anywhere, and are rarely taken as a binding contract. Unless there's a recording or a video, or a signed, & written document. Good luck.
