It may be that you had a miscarriage and the heavy period was cleansing the issue. It also may be premenopauseal symptoms. I would consult a physician and make sure there is not some other issues going on internally as there are many things it may be.

You should see your ob, it could have been a miscarriage and you would need a d/c just to clean everything out. If you took the pregnancy test soon after the bleeding it should have still been positive the hormone level in your body would still have been elevated. The milk is strange but how far along were you..could be many things I would get checked to be on the safe side
