Loosen the two large bolts that hold the rear axle to the control arm and the two bolts on the bottom of the brake assembly. On the side of the metal chain guard you will see a couple half holes and a full. Insert a pin that won't bend or break until it hits the rear axle. Now rotate the tires until the pin advances forward into a hole on the side of the rear axle. This will lock the tire rotation and axle together. You can now rotate the rear axle forward or backward to adjust the chain tension.
