    Unless you were a juvenile at the time, the records are sealed by statute or were acquitted of the crime, no matter if sentence served, records will not be sealed nor expunged

      You can get the legal forms to 'seal your records' but you must of first completed your sentence before you can file and some state's don't allow you to expunge/seal your records.
