Using these measurements for the example:

Weight (209 lbs)   height (66 inches)
weight (95 kg)      height (1.67 meters)

    (to convert lbs to kg)  wt divided by 2.2 = kg       209 / 2.2 =  95kg

    (to convert inches to meters)  1 inch = 0.0254 meters, so 66 x 0.0254 = 1.67 meters

(to calculate BMI using kg/meters) :

    Weight (kg) divided by height (meters) squared   95 / (1.67 x 1.67)

                                                                                            95 / 2.79 = 34 BMI

(to calculate BMI using lbs/inches) :

    Weight (lbs) x 703  divided by height (inches) squared  209 x 703 = 146927 / (66 x 66)

                                                                                                                             146927 / 4356 = 33.7 BMI
