Newly Turned Frog From Tadpole, What Do I Feed It?

I have a couple of tadpoles and one has turned into a frog what do i feed it since it is still small, the size of my pinky nail small???

Aphids are the right size for it to eat, plentiful and easy to find. Check the plant has not been sprayed with chemicals, though.
