And is pcsurplus.com a good place to buy a laptop?I noticed alot of the laptops need hard drives,are they expensive to have installed?

Buy a refurbished laptops is not a good deal in my opinion. There is no guarantee of anything for such laptops. Hard drives are not very much costly but the installation is always a costly thing. It's a plus if you know how to install on the hard drive. Buy a new laptop. They will give you guarantee for it. You will have peace of mind and satisfaction.
