I Have New Baby Dwarf Hamsters, How Long Do I Have To Wait To Play And Hold Them?
My dwarf hamsters had babies aprox. 3 days ago can i hold them yet?
Answers
No! If you want your hamsters to live then please don't touch them. They will get the human scent in their body and the mother or father hamster will eat them. Do Not touch your hamsters till they are three to four weeks old. I know it would be a little difficult for you but if you want them you have to help it. I would like you to go through the following link , it will help you to take care of them properly. BEST OF LUCK!

DONT WAIT!!!! Play with your new baby daily!!! If you do not it will not get to know you and will become skiddish and possibly mean. I breed rats and they are very much the same as hampsters being they are rodents. I handle the babies from the day they are born until they go to their new homes.
