What Are The Advantages For A Franchisee?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

By getting involved in a franchise business, where the franchisor gains a lot of advantages from this very agreement, the franchisee also manages to gain a sizeable chunk of benefits from the contract.

First and foremost, the franchisee gets a free benefit of the offer of sound management procedures and training and decision making assistance directly from the parent company (the franchisor).  Secondly, the scope of risk automatically declines as a result of the established company reputation and market-tested products.

Furthermore pre-established programs for advertising and other sorts of necessary promotions are provided by the franchisor to the franchisee.  Also a membership with a large number of retailers will be automatically established as a result of connection with the parent company.  Easy availability of credit is another added plus point that goes in the favour of the franchisee.

All these benefits combine to establish the fact that it is a prudent move to move into the franchise business.
