I'm not sure the steps to get the best results for pizza dough.Do you let it rise,then store it in the fridge.Or not let it rise and store it, let it rise when needed.

Pizza dough should be stored in a fridge. This actually improves the dough, increasing it's elasticity thus making it more malleable.
