Well im not sure about the trains over there, but the ones over here (california) hav small pillows attached to the chair, which isnt much, so if ur goin for a while, ya i wud say take a small confortable pillow, and a light blanket, u dnt want somin to big or heavy wen ur traveling like that since u cud be changing trains or to a bus depends on the train company
