Can Caffeine Tamper With The Results Of A EEG Test?
I have a EEG test tomorrow morning, and the doctor said DO NOT drink caffeine, well I was talking with friends and drank a 20oz soda, not even thinking of my test. I don't want it to effect my EEG! Help

Yes, caffeine does have an influence on the results of an EEG test. It has been recently discovered that caffeine has few and modest effects on EEG in the theta and alpha bandwidths, but no effects in the delta and beta bandwidths.
