If you have already register to vote then all you need is your Id pictured and your name should be already listed on the ballot.

I am not registered yet, so what do I need to register at the polls on election day in Minnesota?
Go to the place where you are voting and tell them you want to filled out a voters registration card.you may need other id check with the court house and ask them

In my state you cannot vote unless you were registered to vote by the Voter Registration Deadline...which was Oct. 6. So, if you're not already registered now, you can't vote in the election on Nov. 4th.
