    You can cut down on fats by switching to a very natural and healthy balanced diet. Just stay away from packed foods and snacks because they are full of unsaturated fats which are very unhealthy and fattening. There are some good fats such as those found in nuts, you needn't stay away from those since they are not unhealthy. Try not to eat fried foods, if you want to fry something, stir fry it in a bit of olive oil. Olive oil is very lows in fats and calories and perfect for weight conscious people. You can also bake, boil or oven-heat foods rather than fry them. Eat as many vegetables as possible and cut down on beef and mutton. Chicken and fish are healthy meats which you can have. Try not to overcook vegetables because they lose theri good nutrients that way. Eat plenty of fruits, especially apples and guavas are best for a low fat diet since they are low in sugar compared to other fruits. Stay away from carbonated drinks and try to have milkshakes made with skimmed milk, lemonade or fruit home-made fruit juices instead. Good luck!

      Avoid frying, baking is better and use olive oil in small consumptions.   Also use skim for cheese and milk and advoid starches, pts and bread.
