When Does A Baby Grow Teeth?

Answer Question

3 Answers - Sort by: Date | Rating

Teeth are already in a baby's mouth when it is born. The first teeth erupt from the gums at around 6 months of age. These teeth are the front incisors on the top and bottom of the mouth. At 8 months, two more teeth erupt right next to where the incisors are (so 8 teeth). At 10-14 months, baby's grow their first molars. Canines appear at 16-20 months, and finally the last molars grow in at 24-30 months of age. All teeth growth is symmetrical.
