If Husband Pays My Rent And I Owe The Balance Of 195 And Landlord Would Not Except My Payment Of 195 , What Should I Do?

I am in disagreement with landlord my Husband paid all my rent where i have lived for almost eight years. The landlord did not accept my payment of 195 she did not like me i was locked out and i need to know is there any thing legally if she cashed the hud check?
