Basically art is not a simple thing it needs a lot of understanding, a specific aim, passion and most importantly a message for everyone, a message for humanity. So it depends only how famous and realistic painting or photography is, how deeply it is fulfilling the purpose of the makers or the one who captured a photograph thought and his motive that he wants to people understand and to show the beauty and reality of this world .

Go check out the successful competition and match their prices.  If they have tested the market, they found the price points all ready.  You can compete on price or quality so you have to decide if your product can be demonstrated to a customer that it is better than the rest, if so charge more, if you are in the running, charge the same.  Don't charge less!  Whatever price you put on your stuff the World will never raise it, and you will be the author of your own demise.
