Umm, lets see, first it will bleed. Then scab over again so you'll probably pick it again and maybe this time it will get infected. Next time ask a real question please!!

If you pick your scab, it is probably best to apply Polysporin to it so it will heal without an infection. Let it scab and fall off on it's own. Scabs are our bodies natural band-aid.
