    None! Seriously, a good goal for a week:

    - A balanced diet, your favorite chocolate but more yummy verg and fruit
    - Lots of fun games and sport

    Do not (!!!) pressure yourself, it will end in frustration, weight gain or an eating disorder!

        It depends on your height.
        And your starting weight.
        Exapmle- If you are 5''9
        You should wight beloew 200 pounds.
