How Many League Championships Did Lee Dixon Win With Arsenal?

After signing for London side Arsenal in nineteen eighty eight from Stoke City, Dixon went on to win four league titles with the Gunners.  

In his fourteen years at the club Dixon made four hundred and fifty eight league appearances for the club and scored twenty four league goals.  

Dixon was one of the infamous Arsenal back five, alongside goal keeper David Seaman and defenders Steve Bould, Nigel Winterburn and Tony Adams.  The defensive unit moulded under former manager and double winning player at the club, George Graham, went on to form the most proficient defensive unit in modern football.  

After the arrival of Frenchmen Arsene Wenger, many expected the defensive unit to be fazed out as age was soon to get the better of the players, but after improving thier diet and the selection of Martin Keown ahead of Steve Bould, the Arsenal defensive unit went on to win three premier league crowns before the defence was finally broken up in the summer two thousand and two.
