Poor people see what they have, rich people see what they dont have. Poor people usually cherish and love and are thankful for what they have, thus they are happy they have it at all.

Poor people that I know aren't happy. I mean why would they be? My Daddy makes a lot of money, but I don't think of my family as "rich." Just, lucky, and I AM grateful and realize what I have and how hard it is for others. That's why we donate stuff to Goodwill :) But, to answer your question, I would say they're happy because... Because they are? I am sorry, I honestly don't know why they're happy. :(
