She may be having her babies, or having health problems. My guess is that she might be giving birth. If this is the case, then do not touch the babies for at least 12 to 14 days and do not disturb the cage for that same amount of time. Just add food and clean water and leave the cage alone. Make sure the cage is in a quiet, dark spot, with no drafts, not on the floor or under a vent or fan and definitely not in front of a window. Sunlight can make the hamsters die of heat stroke. After about 14 days, then you can clean the cage, but be very gentle with the babies. The eyes will open after about two weeks and the mother should start weaning them about three weeks.
Start searching now for a pet store that is willing to take the babies when they are about four weeks. This is a priority as you will end up with many more hamsters then you can take care of if you don't.

Thank you very much. My Cyan is now in her little house giving birth to tiny pups at about 5-10mins interval for each pup. Another question, considering that my hamster's breed is Dwarf Campbell's Breed, is it normal that the pups that were just delivered to be absolutely limp and doesn't move at all?
Don't worry. Just leave the mother alone and let her take care of her babies. Place the cage in a quiet and darker place where she will find peace and quiet. I know you want to look, but please leave the mother alone. If she feels her babies are in danger, she will eat the babies.
As for the baby that appears limp, give it time. If it is unhealthy or dying, the mother will eat it. Otherwise it will be a healthy baby.

Babies usually never eat each other, the mother will eat sick or dying babies to let the healthy ones survive.
