How Can I Check Planning Permission?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

One can explain Planning permission as an approval of the Council, as a Local Planning Authority, before carrying out any kind of developments in Land or Buildings. It is one of the major planning responsibilities of the Council to maintain a control over the Development that comes within the policies of government.

Development may come under following categories:
    • Changes that are to be made in the use of land and/or buildings.
    • Alteration or Construction of Buildings
    • Finally most other construction and engineering works.

Therefore, most of the things that need or involve either in one of the two i.e. construction work or bringing changes in the current use of a Building or part of land. This subject is a very vast topic to discuss on. You can get much more information, through internet. I would suggest you to search on the concern websites.
