What Is The Average Intake Of Calories A Teenager Should Be Getting? How Much Is Too Much?

I would like to know how many calories a teen should be getting how much is enough and how to lose weight fast! I know the calorie intake differs, so i just wanted to know what it was for teens. What should i be looking at when I'm trying to lose weight? The calories or saturated fat? Or everything in general?

    First of all you need to know that a good balanced diet full of leafy greens, fresh veggies, white and red meat, carbs, milk and a little good fat is best each day.  When you eat better you will actually get full faster and it will increase your energy level and get you motivated to exercise.  You don't need to go to the gym! Walk in the mall, dance, go skating all are good, fun easy ways to exercise.
