Materials needed to make a trashcan includes eight paper egg cartons, a pair of scissors, some glue, acrylic paint, glass and plastic beads, plastic grocery bags, cardboard, glitter and pencil brushes. Cut off the top flap from each of the egg cartons leaving an inch or two of the cover intact. On the other side of the carton there will also be flaps that need to be cut off. Now stick each of the eight cartons together by applying glue to the inside of the flaps till they form a circle. Use the piece of cardboard to make a circular base for the bin and stick it to the cartons. Now you can paint the carton over and add some of the glitter for decoration. The plastic bag can be placed within the trash can as a disposable bag.
