You will have to sand it off, then polish the sanded area with specially formulated polish for marble and granite.
If the burn is not too deep, then you can pick up a multi-purpose sanding block to do the sanding with. Cost about $2.00. You'll need to put some muscle into it when sanding.
If the burn is deep, you may need to use an electric palm sander and at least an 80 grit sandpaper. Then use an electric polisher to polish the surface back up.
