Why Is Healthy Eating Important?

    Eating Healthy is important to make sure that you give your body what it needs. Not just fueling it with empty calories or fatty foods. Your body needs a certain balance of types of foods and vitamins in order for it to function. Too much of certain things will also 'poison' your body. Take for example Iron. You need a certain amount of it in your system to function properly, but too much of it can become toxic. Salt, again you require a certain amount of sodium, but if you have too much it can lead to clogging arteries and other things i believe. Also if you do not eat properly you will become malnourished and will often have a lack of energy or will to do things. Not eating properly can also lead to depression. There are many other reasons to eat properly as well....
