What Are The Qualities Of A Good Speaker?

He should be charismatic, confident, well knowledgeable  about the topic he is speaking about and be able to hold his audience. His poise should be pleasant and should be positive. Also he should enagage the audeince so that none of them loses intererst in the speech and the time spent is effective for both the speaker as well as the audience.

A good speaker should be a good reader also. He able to hear bed comment from audience. So he much be strong mentality. No need to say that he also have a strong voice & he also be a good man & good personality.

In my opinion a good speaker speaks in a way that his audience understands best. If he or she were to speak to a group of high school kids and speak on a doctoral level he wouldn't be a very good speaker and by the same token if he were to speak to a group of professors as if they were high school freshmen he'd be a failure. A speaker has to also be able to "read" their audience to be able to keep them engaged and interested.
