Tai chi chuan or Taijiquan is a martial art of inner Chinese and frequently practiced to promote fitness and strength. Tai chi training forms are famous as the slow motion routines that people perform jointly every morning in parks around the globe, mostly in China. Some medical studies support its usefulness as an exercise and a type of martial arts therapy.

Tai chi has many extraordinary benefits over other styles of exercise. The main deficiency of most physical fitness systems is that they tune-up only a part of the body. They focus on definite muscles or muscle groups, while ignore others entirely. Tai chi on the other hand concentrates all parts of the body and benefits all bodily parts, not just the musculoskeletal system.
