How Much Notice Is Required For The Landlord To Give Tenant If It Is A Month To Month Lease In NC?

Answers
30 days is customary for month-to-month notice, whether it's the landlord or tenants, unless your lease specifically says otherwise.

Normally the landlord gives 30 days notice. But if your lease agreement says some thing fewer days then you have to abide by that.
