How Do U Add Some One To Ur Online List?

When you go to someone else's profile page, to the right of where you see their username, you will see 'Add as a friend', there you have it, this is a friendship request, and you only have to wait to see if they will accept you or not.
If you want to see if someone has asked for your friendship, go into your account and click on friends, and in there you will see if someone wants to be your friend or not. Hope this helps, good luck to you, and welcome aboard.
