Fruit, potato flakes, tomato paste, or whatever you want to ferment. The tomato paste is fast. Hot water, keep it warm, sealed, and in a container that you can put a balloon around to collect the gas or your concoction could explode. Add pitcher of water, spoonfull of yeast, 4 cans tomato paste, and about 2-3 cups of sugar. Let it sit nice n warm for 3-7 days cheacking (burping gas) taste untill sugar is no longer what tastes strong. Filter, drink up.
