    Your cat should be investigated for urinary tract infection because condition of having both frequent urination and blood in urine can be due to infections in the urinary tract which includes urethra, bladder, ureters and kidneys. Obstruction of urinary tract due to stones increases the chances of infection. Treatment requires accurate diagnosis which can be done by the vet, so, take your dig to vet.
