Hi I Like To Know Where Is My Payment That They Discount From The IRS?
 Your question isn't very clear. In my twenty-eight years working at the IRS, I never of a discount. If your ex filed a joint tax return that you signed (When did he become your ex?), any refund went to him even though half should be yours.
