Can A Cosigner Take Car From Debtor They Signed For If It Is Up To Date? What Are Their Rights?
My cosigner was recieving the money for payments from me for over a year and half i found out recently that payments have not been made for six months I need to keep car and willing to pay back payments but once I do that what rights does she have as far as taking car from me?

Talk to the lending agency that should have been receiving the payments. If you offer to catch up on the payments they may refer you to their legal council who could advise you on the best way to do this.
