0.25 oz Active Dry Yeast
4 tablespoon White Sugar
1 cup Warm Water
1 Beaten Egg
3 tablespoon Milk
2 teaspoon Salt
4 1/2 cup Bread Flour
2 teaspoon Minced Garlic
1/4 cup Melted Butter
In a large bowl, suspend yeast in warm water. Blend in sugar, milk, egg, salt, and enough flour to make soft dough. Knead for 6 to 8 minutes on a lightly floured surface, or until smooth. Place dough in a bowl which is properly oiled, cover it with a cloth set aside to enhance. Let it rise until the dough has increased in volume. After that, massage in ginger putting it in the dough. Divide the dough into small piece so that small balls could be made. Roll into balls, and allow rising again. While the dough is rising, preheat the pan to high. After keeping it aside, roll one ball of dough out into a thin circle.
Lightly put some oil on the pan. Place dough on pan, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until bulging and lightly browned. Brush the side with butter if left uncooked, and turn over. Brush cooked side with butter, and cook until done, another 2 to 4 minutes. Remove from the pan, and continue cooking until all the bread or the ginger bread is completely prepared. You can add a little sprinkle of some more garlic on top for garnish
