Many people have the following concerns and complaints about GM crops and products:
(1) Inadequate Safety Testing for Fitness as Food
(2) Ability of Transgenes to spread to other crops
(3) Ability of Transgenes to spread to gut flora
(4) Ability of Transgenes to contaminate organic and conventional crops of the same species
(5) Inadequate or incomplete labelling of products containing GM ingredients
(6) Increased use of herbicide in conjunction with GM Canola and GM Soy crops

Agriculturists claim that the GM crops affect the wildlife negatively by reducing the natural number of weeds produced in the fields. This way, other wildlife depending on the fields are also get affected.
Many scientists believe that the GM food and crops are not completely and successfully engineered, and they possess health threats for the consumers. Toxic GM potatoes and Allergy-causing Brazilian nuts are two examples, where GM food was proved to be genetically flawed for the consumers.
Majority of the consumers have very negative opinion about the GM crops. As there is no special regulatory authority to keep a check on the appropriateness for the consumers, and potential side-effects of the GM crops, so they do not think it is safe for them to go for GM food.

I feel it WILL be proved to be the cause of the CCD Bee Deaths that is sweeping the whole WORLD and is a direct attack on ALL Agi. Things!
