      Consume less fat and fewer carb, including beer, increase cardio and do targeted ab exercises such as crunches. Pilates is also good, according to my wife.

        Tons of crunches, sit ups, pull ups, there's no way you can do it without a ton of exercise, and then you have to lose enough weight so everybody can see what you've done...

        The hanging leg raises and the bicycle crunch are rated the top two because they engage the most amount of abdominal tissue. You also need to increase your protein intake and lower your carbs. Don't forget about doing some cardio too. Here's a link for some more abdominal exercises.
