Could I Have Bone Spurs On The Top Of My Foot?

My foot has been hurting for some time now. The pain is worse at night while I'm trying to sleep and after lunch breaks where I've been off my feet for a while. The pain is worse when I stand up after breaks but eases shortly after I'm back on my feet.

Bone spur also called osteophyte. These are bony projections on the joints due to damage to the cartilage of the joints. These bone spurs hamper the joint movements and cause pain. I think you are not having bone spur because it causes pain when moving all the time. For proper diagnosis of your pain, visit to a doctor.
