Wher Are The Outdoor Swimming Pools In London Located ?

Outdoor pools or a lido as some are known were highly popular in the 1920's and 30's after which most have had to be closed due to various reasons. There are still a number of outdoor pools in existence in London with majority being quite popular.

Most pools charge a nominal fee and are well maintained an ideal place to go with kids. The size of outdoor pools is significantly large as compared to indoor pools and one can have a great time swimming from one end to the other.

Brockwell Lido, Charlton Lido, Hampstead Mixed Ponds, Highgate Ponds, Hampton Heated Open Air Pool, Hornsey: Park Road Pools, Oasis Swimming Pools, Parliament Hill Lido, Richmond Pools in the Park, The Serpentine Lido, Tooting Bec Lido, and Trent Park Open-Air Pool.

There are also some new lidos scheduled to be opened in the near future like the Finchley Lido Leisure Centre and King's Oak PH Swimming Pool.
