I Have A 12 Week Old Puppy Who Has Been Thristy, Coughing And Drooling A Lot.What Could Be The Problem? Please Help.

Such a small puppy can deteriorate rapidly, and you should seek advice from a vet as dehydration can take hold, and they can go downhill very quickly. You do not mention if he is vomiting or has diahorrea. Yet is is coughing, it is possible he could have swallowed something that has lodged in his throat and so the coughing and drinking to move it.
Puppies quite often will swallow something inedible. This is one possibility, but you should check it out, as drooling could also be a viral flu of some kind.
Take him to your nearest emergency vet clinic and set your mind at rest.
