No you do not have to. Bare shoulders are a great canvas to display your glorious hair. Just don't wear your hair too flat on top.

It depends on your body type. If you're slender, then it doesn't matter. Wearing your hair up may be better because it will accentuate your neck and shoulders (men will go crazy). If your body type is more on the plump side, then your hair should be worn down in my opinion as to remove the focus on areas that may not be so flattering.

You can do what ever u feel comfortable with. If I were wearing a type of dress like that I would leave it down because my hair looks nice down. But it also depends on the mood I'm in. Either way looks fine.

There's really no rule about this.........for me personally, when I see a strapless dress I automatically think of hair being up.....but that's just my opinion!!! If you give me your weight and height, I could advise you better...please feel free to email me that info!!!!!!!!
