Is Home Made Mexican Food, Consisting Of Fajitas, Spanish Rice And Re-fried Beans, A Healthy Lunch?

    Its is not the best lunch only because spanish rice tends to have a lot of calories and re fried beans are fried and that is never good for your cholesterol levels. I would recommend substituting brown rice in for the spanish rice and black beans in for the re fried beans
