    The Weimar Republic ruled Germany from the year 1919 till the year 1933, the phase of the German history is generally known as the Weimar era. The republic got its name after the city of Weimar, where a national assembly was held to create a new constitution after the German Empire was eliminated soon after the countries defeat in World War I.

    The rules created for Weimar Republic mainly with regard to elections were Disarmament and concealed rearmament under the Weimar republic. The ban on Sturmabteilung's, SA division better known as the "Storm Division" was lifted, which worked as the paramilitary institute of the NSDAP, were certain rules and actions taken with regard to elections, power and government.
