 In NYS What's The Eviction Laws Without A Lease? |
| My landlord asked me to move a couple of months ago.With no luck I have yet to find a appartment. I went down to pay her June 3rd like I always do and she would not take the rent stating she would deduct from security deposit for days stayed that month.About 3 weeks into the month she inspected the appt.and started asking for rent for that month. I told her she should have taken it, use the deposit like agreed. Any way they retaliated verbally and by calling cps,Now leaving a 30 day written notice HELP! |
