I have heard of rare cases of becoming pregnant after having tubes tied. I think most Doctors now burn then and tie them. Never say Never. Only thing is it the tubes are burned and tied it may be next to impossible to connect them in a working position. What is more common is a man having a vasectomy and impregnating. See your Doctor who tied your tubes and find out if they were burned and would there be enough to reconnect them.
