Married on 09/26/2008, found out after he is in love with a another woman. He also wanted to get his legal immigration papers. He lives in Texas and I in MS. We married in New Orleans, LA. Do I have to get an annulment in LA. Or MS?

I believe it should be where the place you got married. When you get married to be able to get your certified marriage license you had to go and get it at the courthouse of the city, state you got married. So I don't see any difference. It'll be helpful if you go to your local courthouse and find out.
