If Your Landlord Sells His House To His Daughter, Does The Lease Transfer, Or Can We Break The Lease (since We Have Not Received A New Lease From The New Landlord Which Is His Daughter)?

Our landlord "sold" the house to his daughter. Our original lease is just with him, and we paid him soley. We only received a letter from his daughter stating that we pay her and where to mail the rent checks to. Are we legally allowed to break the lease and move?

Well, your landlord sold the property. The lease should be revised. You can break the lease as your current lease is not active now. Please read the terms and conditions on the lease agreement. Here only the owner is changed not the property.
