I'm A Us Citizen Traveling To Philippine But A Stop Over In Shanghai For 2 Hours. Do I Need A Visa?
I'm only going to Philippines

As far as i know, the stop over is from the airlines only and you are not required to get the visa for such places. All you need is your travel documents just to be on the safer side.
